The 70% only applies to the first $100,000 you make in a year. Once you go over that, your share goes back to 50% until the next year when the limit resets.

To get access to Twitch Partner Plus, you need to maintain at least 350 or more Partner Plus Points for three months in a row. You can get these points from paid tier 1/2/3 subscriptions. You need to maintain 350 points for three consecutive months to qualify for the Partner Plus Program. Once approved, you’ll remain in the program for a minimum of 12 months, provided you consistently earn 350 points monthly.
